Mrs. Cheryl Rogers

Mrs. Cheryl Rogers, a Niles native, developed her passion for agriculture at a young age as she grew up on her family's farm. This passion was fostered throughout her youth as she was deeply involved with 4-H and FFA. Cheryl was involved in the Niles FFA Chapter in high school, where she served as the first female FFA president of the Niles Chapter. More than 25 years service to local FFA chapters as a coach, alumni member, and assistant FFA advisor have prepared her to enthusiastically take on the role of the Niles High School agriscience teacher. Prior to this position Cheryl taught elementary school in Cassopolis, Michigan since 1991. Cheryl and her husband David, enjoy raising and showing Percheron Draft Horses. When not in school or attending a FFA event, Cheryl loves to travel with her husband and visit their daughters Tiffany and Ashley and their amazing husbands. Both of their daughters graduated from Niles High School and pursued agricultural careers. Mrs. Rogers goal for her students is to inspire, uplift and to help shape them into lifelong learners of agriculture.
