Enrollment Information - All Grades

Enrollment begins by completing the online enrollment packet. Once you complete all pages and submit them electronically, you will receive an email from centralregistry@nilesschools.org. Keep an eye on your spam folder; it may get shifted there depending on your provider. This follow-up email will include information on additional documentation required to complete the enrollment process. Necessary documents include:

  • Birth Certificate for the student
  • Updated Immunization Documentation for the student
  • Parent/Legal Guardian Photo ID and *proof of residency

*Proof of Residency-examples include a purchase/rental/lease agreement or a major utility bill with the current Niles address and the enrolling adult’s name listed.

Enrollment Packets (all grades) are electronic. If you do not have access to the internet, online registration can be completed at the Niles Administration and Education Center located at 2120 20th Place, Niles, MI, Monday – Friday 7:30a.m. to 3:00p.m. 

We LOVE to show families why it is wonderful to be a Niles Viking! If you are interested in learning more about our schools, please contact a principal or director to schedule a personal appointment. You will receive a tour of the building and answer any questions you may have.

Additional Forms: 

In some circumstances, medical forms need to be completed to administer medication during the school day. The forms below are non fillable and will not be submitted electronically.  All forms must be completed and either mailed to: 1 Tyler Street, Niles MI 49120 or dropped off at the Administration office (formerly Oak Manor Sixth Building) 2120 20th Place, Niles, MI.

Any medication administered at school must be accompanied by the appropriate form and signed by a physician:

There may be an instance when your child may require non-prescribed medications or topical solutions. If this occurs, the following form must be completed and submitted either electronically or  to your child’s school building office.

If your child is not current with their vaccinations, you can contact the Berrien County Health Department to locate an immunization clinic at: 269-926-7121

Berrien County Health Dept – FREE hearing, vision, and dental testing for Preschool and Kindergarten.  Free hearing and vision testing is available from June through August by appointment only. To schedule an appointment visit the Berrien County Health Department using this link.
