Fill out the online enrollment form at your convenience. To keep things moving quickly, it’s helpful to have your proof of residence and your child’s birth certificate and immunization records ready to upload or submit.

5. We’ll Take It From Here!

After you submit your form, keep an eye out for a confirmation email from centralofficeregistry@nilesschools.org. If we need anything else to complete the process, our friendly enrollment team will reach out to guide you through it.
