Mrs. Jennifer Shabazz has served as Principal of Ballard Elementary since the fall of 2020 and brings over 20 years of experience in education. Prior to joining Ballard, she led Northside Child Development Center as Principal for two years. Throughout her career, Mrs. Shabazz has been dedicated to fostering strong school communities, supporting student growth, and bringing innovative ideas to the educational experience. She is proud to serve the Ballard school family and community, and values open communication with parents and families.
