Mrs. Stacey Mierlak has been a valued member of the Ballard Elementary team since 2017. She initially served in a shared position between Ballard and Ring Lardner before joining Ballard full-time in the fall of 2018. Mrs. Mierlak plays a vital role in the daily operations of the school, supporting students, staff, and families in a variety of ways. From managing the front office to assisting as a nurse, receptionist, and counselor, she ensures that Ballard runs smoothly and that everyone feels welcomed and supported.
