Mrs. Keera Morton-Hayes joined the Ballard Elementary administrative team in the fall of 2023. She brings many years of experience with Niles Community Schools, most recently serving at Eastside Connections School. At Ballard, Mrs. Morton-Hayes focuses on supporting student attendance and providing guidance and coaching for teachers. She is dedicated to fostering a positive school culture and building strong connections with students, staff, and families.
